"Cute clothes, but customs info needs to be WAY clearer"
I ordered from 12th Tribe and the clothes were really cute, so no complaints there. But I do wish the customs and duties info had been more obvious before I checked out. I ended up having to pay extra fees when the package arrived, which wasn’t a TOTAL surprise, but it was still annoying. Shipping was fine and everything showed up okay, I just would’ve appreciated a clearer heads up on the actual total cost.

I ordered from 12th Tribe and overall it was fine. I don’t pay attention to every little email, but I do keep an eye out for shipping updates, and that’s where things felt a little hit or miss. I got some emails, but a few updates seemed slow, so I ended up checking on the order myself. Nothing terrible happened, I just would’ve appreciated clearer communication about when my package was actually moving.

I had to return an item it was easier than I expected. I emailed support, they got back to me, and the refund came through quick, quick enough that I was actually surprised. No drama, no hassle, just a smooth experience overall.

"Cute stuff, but the prices are kinda ridiculous"
I do like the styles on 12th Tribe, and the outfit I ordered looked close to the photos, so no complaints there. Shipping was fine too, not crazy fast or anything, but it didn’t take forever like some annoying-ass brands do. My main issue is the price. Some of the pieces feel a little too expensive for the quality. It’s not bad quality, just kind of average, so paying full price feels a bit stupid. I’d probably order again if there was a sale or if I needed something specific, but I’m not sure I’d drop full price next time.

I ordered from outside the US and it was easier than I expected. They had international shipping options, and checkout was straightforward... which I really appreciated. I could see the shipping cost before paying too, so no weird surprise at the end. My package arrived in good shape, and yeah, I’d probably order again.

I appreciated that 12th Tribe gave me a few different ways to pay instead of making me use just one card option. The checkout was quick and straightforward, which I always like.
I ended up using Shop Pay and it went through smoothly. I also noticed PayPal was available, which is nice when you don’t feel like entering your card info again.

"Finally got the sizing right"
I ordered my usual size it fit exactly how I was hoping. Nothing felt too tight or awkward in weird spots. I usually blame myself when online sizing goes wrong, but this time the size guide was actually useful, which almost never happens lol. Didn’t have to deal with a return or exchange, so that was a win.

well... I ordered from 12th Tribe for a weekend outfit and the whole process was smooth. The site was easy to browse, the photos were clear, and the sizing info helped me decide what to get. I do wish there were more reviews on some of the items, though, because that always makes me feel a little more confident. Checkout was quick and I got my confirmation right away. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the clothes are really cute. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d probably shop there again.

I ordered from 12th Tribe for a weekend trip and I was kind of stressing about whether it would make it in time. But it shipped out fast and got delivered on the exact day they said, so that was a relief. The tracking was normal too, like it kept moving and didn’t have any random weird delays where you’re just guessing what’s going on. Stuff was packed fine, nothing came messed up, and I didn’t have to email or chase anybody down. Easy overall, I’d order from them again...

"i’ve worn my 12th tribe jacket…"
i’ve worn my 12th tribe jacket to a bunch of dinners and even took it on a weekend trip, and it still looks basically brand new. i’ve washed it twice now and haven’t noticed any loose seams, weird fading, or anything like that. i was a little worried it might be one of those cute pieces that feels kind of flimsy in person, but it’s actually really sturdy and keeps its shape. super happy with it.
